Made in an open textured style, this upfront Central Otago pinot has lovely raspberry and red cherry fruit with some cedar oak in support. A background of finely grained tannin gives structure. Solid effort. $39.90

One of the more edgy wines with a note of smoky reduction overlying the dark berry fruit. New oak sits nicely alongside the core of sweet fruit.
