Already drinking well, this creamy-textured wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts and barrel-aged for 16 months. Light lemon/green, it has strong, citrusy, appley, slightly peachy flavours, showing good complexity, balanced acidity, and a rounded, lingering finish. Best 2016-17.
