Bannockbrae Goldfields Central Otago Pinot Noir 2014

Generous, vibrantly fruity red from the estate vineyard at Bannockburn and neighbouring sites. Strong, plummy, spicy flavours, with a hint of licorice and good tannin backbone. Youthful wine; best drinking 2018+. One judge scored it five stars. $30 (A)
