Come Thursday, 28 February, head chef James Kummrow will be serving up a night of true Italian flair, complete with a four-course feast, accompanied by a curated Prosecco list to match designed by Brauer and an intimate Q&A.

Diners can expect to see sharing antipasto plates with housemade bread, charcuterie, olives and Stracciatella cheese, before moving on to mains of spanner crab spaghettini and roast chicken breast with rosemary potatoes and finishing with peach, amaretti, espresso and a puffed rice cracker with goats curd, compressed apple.
