This ruby hued red was grown at Rapaura and fermented with indigenous yeasts (hence the ‘Wild’ Valley). Mouthfilling and smooth, it has decent depth of fresh berry, plum and spice flavours, showing some savoury complexity. Best drinking mid-2016+.
