Black Barn Blanc de Blancs Blancs de Blancs Champagne 2010

This scented, citrusy sparkling, from chardonnay grapes hand-picked in the Havelock Hills, was disgorged after nearly four years on its yeast lees. Showing considerable complexity, it is yeasty, very crisp and lively.
