A great standout white blend that is just starting to evolve and show its capabilities. A lovely fragrant and flavoursome concoction of peaches, apricots, citrus and spices.

Complex aromas – a meaty, smoky, barnyardy mix. Excellent rich full flavoured palate with interesting savoury/barrel ferment characters and smoky oak. 3-5

Complex nose showing some yeasty lees characteristics along with citrus and marmalade. Has what one judge described as a “clean and fresh palate” of good length.
