Great drinking here agreed the judges. A complex inky/meaty nose and a good palate structure with cherry/plum flavours and seamless balance of oak tannins.

A toasty yeasty complexity to the nose with a rich lemony fruit palate showing lots of complexity and a good balance of sweetness with the acidity. Lovely toasty finish.
