This refined, graceful red was grown at Parkburn (85%) and Gibbston (15%), and matured for 10 months in French oak casks (33% new). Deep ruby, it is highly fragrant, mouthfilling and sweet-fruited, with concentrated cherry, plum and spice flavours, a hint of herbs, savoury notes adding complexity, balanced acidity, and a supple, very harmonious finish.
