Dice Central Otago Pinot Noir 2021

Tasting: NZ Recent Release - March April 2023

Region: Central Otago

Year: 2021

Price: $80.00

Review/Comments
New Zealand's highest-priced wine cask by far, this full-coloured, youthful red was grown in the Bannockburn, Bendigo and Pisa districts, and matured for 11 months in French oak barrels (16% new). Crafted as a premium, rather than typical 'bag-in-box', wine, it is mouthfilling, with good concentration of vigorous, plummy, spicy flavours, and savoury notes adding complexity. (2L cask) $80
