Full of varietal character, this pale, youthful wine is medium-bodied, with very good intensity of melon, lime and green capsicum flavours, crisp, dry and lingering. “From a number of vineyard sites in Marlborough”, it tastes of the Awatere Valley to me. (From Lawson's Dry Hills.) $18 (UK)
